2007年,炭素質隕石中有機化合物の安定同位体組成を用いた起源解明に関する研究で博士 (理学)を取得。

2007-2008年 University of Nevada-Reno (USA)博士研究員「溶存酸素分子の消費に伴う酸素同位体分別に関する研究」

2008-2009年 北海道大学低温科学研究所 博士研究員「低温固体表面上における星間分子の化学進化に関する研究」
